Welcome to our lake view condo at Lake Cliffe—just across from Lake Dillon and walking distance to downtown Dillon.
This 2BR/2BA third-floor condo offers panoramic views of Lake Dillon, the Tenmile Range, Gore Range, and Buffalo Mountain.
The Dillon Amphitheater and marina are directly across the street. Walk to shops, restaurants, and nearby trails.
Keystone Resort is just down the road, and the Summit Stage bus stop across the street provides access to 5 ski resorts, including A-Basin and Breckenridge.
Our unit is newly renovated, fully stocked with amenities, and includes a full kitchen.
• Master bedroom: Queen bed, flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom with steam shower and multiple shower heads.
• Second bedroom: Pyramid bunk (full on bottom, twin on top), private en-suite with tub/shower combo.
• Bathrooms: Two full baths stocked with towels, hair dryer, and free toiletries.
• Living room: Vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, wraparound sectional, and open floor plan.
• Kitchen: Stainless appliances, granite counters, bar seating, and open to the living/dining area.
• Dining: Table with unobstructed lake and mountain views.
• Balcony: Private with lake and mountain views. • Laundry: Stackable washer and dryer located behind barn doors in the hall.
• Extras: Clubhouse with heated indoor pool and two large hot tubs. Outdoor common area with picnic tables, horseshoes, hammock, and playground.
The Summit Stage bus stop is across the street with free routes to ski areas and surrounding towns. Walk to the Dillon Amphitheater, marina, and local favorites like Pug Ryan’s Brewery.

We pride ourselves on guest service and support. There’s a Welcome Book in the kitchen with helpful information for a smooth stay. We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact (info in the Welcome Book).
Please Note:
This unit is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator—32 steps to the condo.
Two HOA-issued parking passes are in the Welcome Book. A $150 fee applies if they are not returned.
Oversized vehicles and camper trailers are not permitted by the HOA.

PARKING
IMPORTANT- The H.O.A. will tow any vehicle without a parking pass. There are two parking passes in the front of this book. $150 replacement cost from the H.O.A. for parking passes not return to the front of “Welcome Book”. There is no parking of oversized vehicles, trailers or campers at Lake Cliffe.

CLUBHOUSE
Key Card is in the front of the “Welcome Book”. The hot tubs and pool are in the Clubhouse, located across from building F. Pool towels can be found in the bedroom closets. Hours are from 10am-9pm daily. Key Card must be return to the “Welcome Book” at check-out to avoid additional replacement fees.
SKI LOCKER:
Key is in the lock box and the ski locker is located across from the front door.
FIREPLACE
There is a timer located on the wall next to the TV that controls 3 time settings (30 min; 1 hour; 2 hours). For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off valve is located outside on the balcony.
CABLE TV & STREAMING
Both the living room and master TVs have Xfinity Cable TV. The bunk room has a smart tv. If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on a smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out.
THERMOSTATS
There are 3 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom and one for the kitchen and living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
COOL AIR
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.
WASHER & DRYER
The washer and dryer are located in the master en suite bathroom closet. You are provided with detergent (found under kitchen sink or above the washer & dryer).
EMERGENCIES
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.
TALKING TRASH
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (right side when walking out of this building) during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found above the microwave. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, let us know if you need it done during your stay or after you check out.

The price was a STEAL for how amazing the experience was. Felt like home, no pressure on cleaning up after, no strick rules. Very clean, very open. The area it's located in was next to everything. Wine tasting, lake activities, cute cafes, but the view from the balcony made you feel far from the city! Louis was an amazing point of contact and responsed right away throughout our entire stay. The parking lot was getting repaved but he already had a plan in place and let us know well in advance! We will be back!

The circumstance of our stay was an emergency one where masses were stranded in a snowstorm and our kids were amongst those stranded. I started reaching out to any and every AirBnB I could find in the area for help. Cloud Nine was the ONLY AirBnb that responded and were so helpful and willing for us to reserve and for our kids to stay the night in their condo at the last minute to get out of the storm. They communicated with us right up until our kids were actually in the condo safely amidst the storm. Of course the condo was beautiful and clean and comfortable with every amenity. Most importantly, though, in the time of an emergency, they were willing to help people in need. There is no price tag for someone willing to literally ensure a safe and warm place for, in this case, our kids in the midst of a snowstorm. Words can’t express our gratitude and if we ever come back to the area, this is the first place we will stay.

Louis was a great host. Responsive and helpful. Location was perfect for us to access Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain. Property was upgraded, clean and roomy enough for 3 of us. Bathroom was exceptional, especially the showers. All of the basics were provided and we never “needed” anything. After a long day on the mountain, it was nice to have a warm cozy place like this to come back to.

We had the pleasure of staying at this condo for an entire month and we felt right at home! Louis was a great communicator before and during our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed (ex. Extra hangers for our extended stay) and let us know when the place was ready to check in. The lockbox for getting in and out was convenient so we didn’t worry about losing keys during our stay. The place was extremely clean and cozy - the fireplace was our favorite addition - and had very comfortable beds and linens. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and had perfect access to the lake for all of our activities. Very convenient for getting to Silverthorne, Frisco, Keystone and Breckenridge, and walkable to a concert at Dillon amphitheater. The main bathroom shower is amazing and the washer and dryer were a great plus. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we had pantry space for groceries. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and we hope to be back!

We loved the place (tastefully renovated unit in a rather well maintained complex) and the nearby playground plus the on-site pool were a hit with the kids. We also liked that Louis (host) was very helpful and professional. Definitely would recommend and stay here again.

Family hiking/Rafting trip! This was a great central location for our summer trip to Colorado. The proximity to the lake and amphitheater was ideal as well. The washer/dryer in the unit was a huge benefit.

We enjoyed our stay. The top floor condo was very clean and comfortable. Sleeping with the windows open for air flow, I thought it might be noisy in the morning, but it was very quiet. (I didn't realize that the bedroom has both blinds and curtains until the second night. The blinds allow you to have the windows open while still blocking out the light.) Loved that we could walk to the concert at the amphitheater. This was just a short stay, and we would stay again.

In love! This place was perfect for us. Walkable to so many things (Dillion Amp, Lake, Farmers Market, Pool, Parks, Shops). The space was super clean, and very well acquainted with everything we needed. Honestly, one of my favorite Airbnbs we've stayed at. The hosts were super helpful and very responsive.

Key Card is located in the front of the “Welcome Book”. The hot tubs and salt water pool are in the Clubhouse, across from this building. Pool towels can be found in the bedroom closets. Hours are from 10am-9pm daily. Key Card must be return to the “Welcome Book” at check-out to avoid additional replacement costs.
SKI LOCKER:
Key is the same as the front door key in the lock box and the ski locker is located across from the front door.
FIREPLACE:
There is a timer to the right of the fireplace. Do not adjust gas this will turn the pilot off. If pilot needs to be relit email us right away. We will be right out to relit the pilot during normal business hours. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off is a valve located on the porch behind the fireplace.
CABLE TV & STREAMING
The TV has Xfinity Cable TV. If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on the smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out.
WASHER & DRYER
There is coin operated laundry room located onsite under this building. Hours are 9am – 9pm everyday (there is no coin machine so come prepared). For detergent you will need to buy your own.
COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.
THERMOSTATS:
There are 3 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom and one for the kitchen and living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (right side when walking out of this building towards East La Bonte St.) during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES:
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found above the refrigerator. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after you check out.
ELECTRICAL PANEL:
Electrical box is located next to the fridge in the kitchen should a breaker trip.
EMERGENCIES:

Welcome to Lake Cliffe Condos, a hidden gem in the heart of Dillon—directly across from Lake Dillon and the Dillon Amphitheater.
This 3BR/3BA ground-floor unit in Building F offers views of the lake, surrounding mountains, and the amphitheater just steps away.

• The building HOA is strict on parking. Two HOA-issued parking passes are provided in the Welcome Book. A $150 fee will apply if not returned after your stay.
• Camper trailers and oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated onsite.
