Welcome to our Lake Cliffe condo with majestic lake and mountain views—just across from the shores of Lake Dillon and walking distance to downtown Dillon.
This 2BR/2BA second-floor unit (Building E) offers panoramic views of Lake Dillon, the Tenmile Range, Gore Range, and Buffalo Mountain.
The Dillon Amphitheater is directly across the street, and hiking/biking trails are just around the corner.
Keystone Ski Resort is a short drive away, and the Summit Stage bus stop across the street provides free access to five ski resorts including A-Basin and Breckenridge.
Our condo is fully stocked with amenities and includes a full kitchen.
• Master bedroom: Queen bed, flat-screen cable TV, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and in-unit washer/dryer.
• Second bedroom: Full-size bunk bed (twin on top), flat-screen cable TV, private en-suite bathroom.
• Bathrooms: Two full baths stocked with towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer.
• Living room: Queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and open floor plan.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with bar seating and all essentials.
• Dining: Table with mountain views, seats the whole group.
• Balcony: Private with lake and mountain views—watch Dillon Amphitheater shows from the deck.
• Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer in master bathroom.
• Extras: Clubhouse access with heated indoor pool and two large hot tubs. Community courtyard includes picnic tables, horseshoes, hammock, and a nearby playground.

We pride ourselves on guest service and support. There’s a Welcome Book in the kitchen with helpful information for a smooth stay. We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact (info in the Welcome Book).
Please note:
• This unit is located on the second floor. There is no elevator, so guests will walk up one flight of stairs.
• Two HOA-issued parking passes are provided in the Welcome Book. A $150 cost will be charged if they are not returned.
• Camper trailers and oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated onsite due to HOA restrictions.

PARKING:
*IMPORTANT*- The H.O.A. will tow any vehicle without a parking pass. There are two parking passes in the front of the "Welcome Book". Make sure passes are in your vehicles at all times during your stay. $150 replacement cost from the H.O.A. for parking passes not return to the front of “Welcome Book”.
CLUBHOUSE:
Key Card is in the front of the “Welcome Book”. The hot tubs and salt water pool are in the Clubhouse, located across from building F. Pool towels can be found in the bedroom closets. Hours are from 10am-9pm daily. Key Card must be return to the “Welcome Book” at check-out to avoid additional replacement costs.
SKI LOCKER:
Key is in the lock box and the ski locker is located across from the front door.
FIREPLACE:
Fireplace timer located on the wall by the kitchen. Do not adjust gas this will turn the pilot off. Due to high winds, pilot may blow out. If pilot needs to be relit email us right away. We will be right out to relit the pilot during normal business hours. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off valve is under fireplace behind cover plate.
SLEEPER SOFA LINENS:
Linen set can be found in the master closet. Pillows are in the bedroom closets.
(If used, leave sleeper sofa open and sheets left on for House Keeping to remove)
CABLE TV & STREAMING:
All TVs have Xfinity Cable TV. If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on a smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out.
WASHER & DRYER:
The washer and dryer are located in the master en suite bathroom. You are provided with detergent found above the washer & dryer.
THERMOSTATS:
There are 3 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom and one for the kitchen and living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.
TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (right side when walking out of this building) during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES:
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found in the dining room closet. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, please contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after check out, include this property name in the email.
ELECTRICAL PANEL:
Electrical box is located next to the fridge in the kitchen should a breaker trip.

the space was absolutely everything we wanted while staying in Colorado and Dillon was the perfect spot. minutes away from great breweries and restaurants as well as grocery and stores through the area. and the ski resorts were so close, a great convenience. my family and I absolutely loved staying here and we hope to come back soon.

What a great place to stay for our ski trip. The condo was centrally located to many resorts (within 15 minutes), dining, shopping, and more. The space was exact to the description. The fireplace was a nice touch and keeps things very warm which was much needed for -6° weather and warming up after a day on the slopes. We will definitely be back!

The best review I can give a place is if I would return for another stay and the answer is yes the apartment was very accommodating and enough room for everyone that came with me the host provided me with a the information I needed and my stay was very peaceful hopefully this place is available next year ps great location for snow activities they also have a outside storage room for snowboarders and skies

Great stay! We enjoyed the convenient location! Right across from the amphitheater and lake. We enjoyed water activities, boating, and walking/biking the trails. Kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds. There was construction going on that we weren't prepared for, but it was made right by Louis and we greatly appreciated that. We will definitely come back in the future.

Property Manager was incredibly responsive (within < 1 hour!), insightful, informative and very helpful! The property was well-managed with upgraded, newish furniture, carpet and appliances. At the time of this writing, unit also had slow-cooker, blender and all the spices, cooking hardware you need. At the time of this writing, you can store bicycles below the stairs on the first floor (lock them) and store kayaks and paddleboards in the middle of the grassy courtyard with all the other paddle boats/canoes. I was wondering if that bunk bed was sturdy and it absolutely is! For as old as the condo complex is with common issues prevalent in most units, this is the most updated/upgraded I've seen in my 5 years staying there. 4 minute walk to the amphitheatre, to restaurants, to Marina and to the farmer's market.

Welcome to Lake Cliffe Condos, a hidden gem in the heart of Dillon—directly across from Lake Dillon and the Dillon Amphitheater.
This 3BR/3BA ground-floor unit in Building F offers views of the lake, surrounding mountains, and the amphitheater just steps away.
Walk to the Dillon Marina, restaurants, and downtown. Hiking and biking trails are just around the corner.
Keystone Ski Resort is minutes away, and the Summit Stage bus stop nearby provides free access to four additional ski resorts including A-Basin and Breckenridge. Vail is just a short drive down the highway.
The clubhouse features a heated indoor pool, two large hot tubs, and a community lawn space with picnic tables and room for outdoor games.
Our condo is fully stocked with amenities, and includes a full kitchen.

We pride ourselves on guest service and support. There’s a Welcome Book in the kitchen with helpful information for a smooth stay. We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact (info in the Welcome Book).
Please note:
• The building HOA is strict on parking. Two HOA-issued parking passes are provided in the Welcome Book. A $150 fee will apply if not returned after your stay.
• Camper trailers and oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated onsite.

PARKING:
*IMPORTANT*- The H.O.A. will tow any vehicle without a parking pass. There are two parking passes in the front of the "Welcome Book". Make sure passes are in your vehicles at all times during your stay. $150 replacement cost from the H.O.A. for parking passes not return to the front of “Welcome Book”.
CLUBHOUSE:
Key Card is in the front of the “Welcome Book”. The hot tubs and salt water pool are in the Clubhouse, located across from this building. Pool towels can be found in the bedroom closets. Hours are from 10am-9pm daily. Key Card must be return to the “Welcome Book” at check-out to avoid additional replacement costs.
SKI LOCKER:
Key is in the lock box and the ski locker is located across from the front door.
FIREPLACE:
Fireplace timer located to left of the fireplace. Do not adjust gas this will turn the pilot off. Due to high winds, pilot may blow out. If pilot needs to be relit, contact us right away. We will be right out to relit the pilot during normal business hours. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off is to the left of the fireplace. The key is in the dining room closet.
CABLE TV & STREAMING:
All TVs have Xfinity Cable TV. If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on a smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out.
WASHER & DRYER:
The washer and dryer are located in the master en suite bathroom. You are provided with detergent found above the washer & dryer.
THERMOSTATS:
There are 4 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom and one for the kitchen and living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.
TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (left side when walking out of this building) during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES :
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found in the dining room closet. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after you check out.
ELECTRICAL PANEL:
Electrical box is located next to the fridge in the kitchen should a breaker trip.
EMERGENCIES:
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.
The front door is the fire exit. If this is not accessible in an emergency you will next to exit through the patio door.
