Welcome to Lake Cliffe Condos, a hidden gem in the heart of Dillon—directly across from Lake Dillon and the Dillon Amphitheater.
This 3BR/3BA ground-floor unit in Building F offers views of the lake, surrounding mountains, and the amphitheater just steps away.
Walk to the Dillon Marina, restaurants, and downtown. Hiking and biking trails are just around the corner.
Keystone Ski Resort is minutes away, and the Summit Stage bus stop nearby provides free access to four additional ski resorts including A-Basin and Breckenridge. Vail is just a short drive down the highway.
The clubhouse features a heated indoor pool, two large hot tubs, and a community lawn space with picnic tables and room for outdoor games.
Our condo is fully stocked with amenities, and includes a full kitchen.
• Master bedroom: King bed, cable TV, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and in-unit washer and dryer.
• Second bedroom: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom and full bath.
• Third bedroom: Queen bed, with access to a third full bathroom.
• Bathrooms: Three full baths stocked with towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer.
• Living room: Large sectional, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, open layout, and lake views.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances and essentials.
• Dining: Large table with mountain views, seats the whole group.
• Patio: Private with views of the lake and amphitheater—watch live shows from the comfort of your unit.
• Extras: Clubhouse access with pool and hot tubs, lawn space, picnic area, and trail access.

We pride ourselves on guest service and support. There’s a Welcome Book in the kitchen with helpful information for a smooth stay. We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact (info in the Welcome Book).
Please note:
• The building HOA is strict on parking. Two HOA-issued parking passes are provided in the Welcome Book. A $150 fee will apply if not returned after your stay.
• Camper trailers and oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated onsite.

PARKING:
*IMPORTANT*- The H.O.A. will tow any vehicle without a parking pass. There are two parking passes in the front of the "Welcome Book". Make sure passes are in your vehicles at all times during your stay. $150 replacement cost from the H.O.A. for parking passes not return to the front of “Welcome Book”.
CLUBHOUSE:
Key Card is in the front of the “Welcome Book”. The hot tubs and salt water pool are in the Clubhouse, located across from this building. Pool towels can be found in the bedroom closets. Hours are from 10am-9pm daily. Key Card must be return to the “Welcome Book” at check-out to avoid additional replacement costs.
SKI LOCKER:
Key is in the lock box and the ski locker is located across from the front door.
FIREPLACE:
Fireplace timer located to left of the fireplace. Do not adjust gas this will turn the pilot off. Due to high winds, pilot may blow out. If pilot needs to be relit, contact us right away. We will be right out to relit the pilot during normal business hours. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off is to the left of the fireplace. The key is in the dining room closet.
CABLE TV & STREAMING:
All TVs have Xfinity Cable TV. If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on a smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out.
WASHER & DRYER:
The washer and dryer are located in the master en suite bathroom. You are provided with detergent found above the washer & dryer.
THERMOSTATS:
There are 4 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom and one for the kitchen and living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.
TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (left side when walking out of this building) during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES :
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found in the dining room closet. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after you check out.
ELECTRICAL PANEL:
Electrical box is located next to the fridge in the kitchen should a breaker trip.
EMERGENCIES:
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.
The front door is the fire exit. If this is not accessible in an emergency you will next to exit through the patio door.

The condo is great! Lots of space inside and very cozy. It has a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. There are a lot of places to visit in less than 30 min drive. We had a great time!

The property manager was always quick to answer questions about changing the number of gueststhe days of our stay. Check in was easy and the property was clean and well stocked with kitchen/bathroom essentials. It exactly matched the listing. Great space for our family weekend getaway. The pool was great and we were close to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend.

This was a great condo to stay in for skiing in the area. The condo was clean, it was very comfortable and had a great well equipped kitchen. Check in and check out was very easy and the hot tub was great. Wonderful location as well.

Beautiful views! The condo was perfect for our family of 5! We had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. We enjoyed the beautiful views and warm fireplace and the location worked out well for us as we skied in Loveland and spent time in Silverthorne and Breckenridge. The host was very helpful and provided clear check in and other information for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Had an outstanding stay with our two adult children. Everyone had their own comfortable space with bathroom. We all like to cook and appreciated the well equipped modern kitchen. The open floor plan was great for apres ski, made all the better with the lake view. Would definitely stay again when in Dillon.

Our family is 3 kids and 2 adults, and this place was great. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen and even some basics like coffee, oil, honey, syrup. There is a big grocery nearby too. The best part was the clubhouse (pool, hot tubs) that’s 75 steps from the apartment, so we didn’t even need coats to get there. Clean, quiet, easy, and fun. Would stay again 100%.

Great location. Space is very cozy and has plenty of room for our group of 5 adults plus 1 kid to spread out/hang out. It snowed so much and temperature was in the single digit during our stay, so the pool was a big plus. Small minus was that the Couch in living room is fairly old… Nonetheless, Overall experience is great!

Wonderful stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was spacious and nicely furnished. It was quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had a nice view of the lake and there was a great playground across the street by the lake. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub which is right across from the condo. The pool was nice and warm and we enjoyed both swimming and sitting in the hot tubs (there are 2 of them). Great location - I would happily stay here again.

This location was the perfect place for our family. It was a quick drive to great shopping in Breckenridge. We were close to many hiking trails and the Dillon Reservoir was right out the door. We also got to listen to two concerts from our porch held at the Dillon Amphitheater.

Great / comfortable spot to stay with family and friends. There is a park right across the street for kids and if you have a friend willing enough to stay home and watch your kids, you only have to walk across the street to watch your favorite concert! (and your friend can listen to it on the porch) Strongly recommend and will stay again!

We had tickets to 2 shows at Dillon Amphitheater. The unit is directly across the street from the entrance. We were able to relax and enjoy sound checks from our patio, have our own snacks & cocktails, and join the line once the gates opened. Communication from Louis was excellent! The condo was spacious & had everything we needed for a perfect weekend!

PARKING:
*IMPORTANT*- The H.O.A. will tow any vehicle without a parking pass. There are two parking passes in the front of the "Welcome Book". Make sure passes are in your vehicles at all times during your stay. $150 replacement cost from the H.O.A. for parking passes not return to the front of “Welcome Book”.
CLUBHOUSE:
Key Card is located in the front of the “Welcome Book”. The hot tubs and salt water pool are in the Clubhouse, across from this building. Pool towels can be found in the bedroom closets. Hours are from 10am-9pm daily. Key Card must be return to the “Welcome Book” at check-out to avoid additional replacement costs.
SKI LOCKER:
Key is the same as the front door key in the lock box and the ski locker is located across from the front door.
FIREPLACE:
There is a timer to the right of the fireplace. Do not adjust gas this will turn the pilot off. If pilot needs to be relit email us right away. We will be right out to relit the pilot during normal business hours. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off is a valve located on the porch behind the fireplace.
CABLE TV & STREAMING
The TV has Xfinity Cable TV. If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on the smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out.
WASHER & DRYER
There is coin operated laundry room located onsite under this building. Hours are 9am – 9pm everyday (there is no coin machine so come prepared). For detergent you will need to buy your own.
COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.
THERMOSTATS:
There are 3 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom and one for the kitchen and living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (right side when walking out of this building towards East La Bonte St.) during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES:
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found above the refrigerator. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after you check out.
ELECTRICAL PANEL:
Electrical box is located next to the fridge in the kitchen should a breaker trip.
EMERGENCIES:

Welcome to our Lake Cliffe condo with majestic lake and mountain views—just across from the shores of Lake Dillon and walking distance to downtown Dillon.
This 2BR/2BA second-floor unit (Building E) offers panoramic views of Lake Dillon, the Tenmile Range, Gore Range, and Buffalo Mountain.
The Dillon Amphitheater is directly across the street, and hiking/biking trails are just around the corner.
Keystone Ski Resort is a short drive away, and the Summit Stage bus stop across the street provides free access to five ski resorts including A-Basin and Breckenridge.
Our condo is fully stocked with amenities and includes a full kitchen.
• Master bedroom: Queen bed, flat-screen cable TV, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and in-unit washer/dryer.
• Second bedroom: Full-size bunk bed (twin on top), flat-screen cable TV, private en-suite bathroom.

Please note:
• This unit is located on the second floor. There is no elevator, so guests will walk up one flight of stairs.
• Two HOA-issued parking passes are provided in the Welcome Book. A $150 cost will be charged if they are not returned.
