Welcome to Inner Circle Heaven — walk to Peak 9 and downtown Breckenridge!

This 1BR/1BA condo is just 250 yards from the slopes and Main Street, offering quick access to skiing, dining, and shopping.

The Pool Complex features 4 shared deep hot tubs, an outdoor heated pool with a kids pool attached. Our building has a sauna and a central laundry room for guest use (**bring quarters**).

Our 1BR/1BA unit is stocked with linens, towels, and toiletries:

• Bedroom (sleeps 2): Queen bed, flat-screen cable TV

• Living area (sleeps 2): Queen Murphy bed, flat-screen cable TV, and gas fireplace

• Bathroom: Full bath with shower and hair dryer

• Kitchen: Stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, cookware, coffee maker

• Shared amenities: Pool, hot tubs, sauna, 24/7 laundry room (**bring quarters**)

• Extras: Free Wi-Fi, Comcast cable, humidifier, hair dryer, ironing board, and one parking spot

The kitchen is fully equipped with solid counters and everything needed to prepare meals. Dining for four at the table, plus two at the breakfast bar.

This 1BR/1BA unit comfortably sleeps 4 people. Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided.

We pride ourselves on guest service and support. There’s a Welcome Book in the kitchen with helpful information for a smooth stay. We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact (info in the Welcome Book).

PARKING:
1 parking space allotted for this home. Parking is first come first served. Parking pass is in the front of this book. Return pass at check-out to avoid a $100 replacement cost.
 
POOL & HOT TUBS:
Are located behind building. Pool hours are from 12pm-9pm Winter, 10am-9pm Summer. Hot tub towels are on the entryway shelf.


LAUNDRY ROOM:
Open 24/7. Located in basement of this building at the bottom of the stairs. You are responsible to bring your own quarters (machines take quarters only and no coin machine onsite). You are provided with a small box of detergent (found under kitchen sink). For more detergent you’ll need to buy your own.


SAUNA:
Located in the basement of this building next to the laundry room. Sauna is on timers, once setting your time, room may take a few minutes to heat up.
 
FIREPLACE:
On/off is a timer located next to the living room thermostat. Leave pilot on at all times. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off is a valve to the right of the fireplace.
 
MURPHY BED:
When pulling Murphy bed down, leave handles opened to become the leg at the foot of the bed. Linens are on the bed already. Pillows and pillow cases are in the bedroom closet. (if used, leave Murphy bed down with pillows and sheets left on the bed).
 
CABLE TV & STREAMING:
Living room and bedroom both have Xfinity Cable TV. The living room is a smart TV with streaming apps. Please logout of your streaming networks when checking out.
 
EMERGENCIES:
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.


THERMOSTATS:
There are 3 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. 1 in the bedroom, 1 in the living room for the kitchen, entryway and living room, and 1 in the bathroom. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
 
COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in the bedroom closet.
 
TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster located in the parking lot.
 
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES:
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found above the microwave. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, please contact and let us know if you need it done during your stay or after check out.

Welcome to Gold Camp at Breckenridge Ski Resort—surrounded by mountain scenery.

This spacious condo is located on Peak 8, just half a mile to the base, with a free shuttle to the gondola across the street.

Only 1.5 miles to downtown, with 15 restaurants within walking distance on Main Street—no need for a car once you’re here.

There are two Breck Free Ride bus stops located steps from the driveway (one to town/one to the gondola). The bus schedule is easy to find with a quick Google search.

Our 2BR/1BA unit is stocked with linens, towels, and toiletries:

• Master bedroom (sleeps 2): Queen bed, Xfinity TV.

• Second bedroom (sleeps 3): Twin XL over Queen bunk bed.

• Hall bathroom: Full bath with tub/shower, stocked with supplies.

• Living room: Spacious with large flat-screen TV, Firestick, and Xfinity cable.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with plenty of counter space and seating for four at the bar.

• Balcony: Seating perfect for summer relaxing.

• Extras: Washer & dryer in the hall next to the master bedroom.

This 2BR/1BA unit comfortably sleeps 5 people. Bathroom amenities, including free toiletries, are provided.

PARKING:
Two parking spaces are allotted for this home. Parking is first come first served anywhere in the Gold Camp lot. Two parking passes are in the front of the welcome book. Return them at check-out to avoid a $100 replacement costs.

CLUBHOUSE:
There are two shared hot tubs and a sauna in the clubhouse, just across from the front door in building G. Pool towels are in the living room TV dresser. Open daily from 12PM to 10PM.

SKI LOCKER:
The ski locker is located inside the stairs hallway just outside our front door.

TV & STREAMING:
The living room Tv has a Firestick and Xfinity cable. The Master Tv has Xfinity cable. If you log into Amazon, and or other streaming services, please log out at check out.

WASHER & DRYER:
Stackable washer and dryer is located in the hallway, with detergent provided to the left of it or under the kitchen sink.

EMERGENCIES:
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.
