Description
This spacious condo is located on Peak 8, with a free shuttle to the gondola across the street. Half a mile to the base, 1.5 miles to downtown with 15 restaurants within walking distance—no need for a car once you’re here.
Our 2BR/1BA unit is stocked with linens, towels and toiletries.
Master bedroom (Sleeps 2): Queen bed, Xfinity TV.
Second bedroom (sleeps 3): Twin XL over Queen bunk bed
Hall bathroom: Full bath with tub/shower, stocked with supplies.
Living room: Spacious with a large flat-screen TV that has a Firestick and Xfinity cable.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with plenty of counter space and seating for four at the bar.
Balcony: Seating perfect for summer relaxing.
The Breck Free Ride bus stop is located across from the driveway. The bus schedule is easy to find with a Google search.
This 2BR/1BA unit comfortably sleeps 5 people. Bathroom amenities, including free toiletries, are provided.
We pride ourselves on guest service and support. There’s a Welcome Book in the kitchen with helpful information for a smooth stay. We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact (info in the Welcome Book).

PARKING:
Two parking spaces are allotted for this home. Parking is first come first served anywhere in the Gold Camp lot. Two parking passes are in the front of the welcome book. Return them at check-out to avoid a $100 replacement costs.
CLUBHOUSE:
There are two shared hot tubs and a sauna in the clubhouse, just across from the front door in building G. Pool towels are in the living room TV dresser. Open daily from 12PM to 10PM.
SKI LOCKER:
The ski locker is located inside the stairs hallway just outside our front door.
TV & STREAMING:
The living room Tv has a Firestick and Xfinity cable. The Master Tv has Xfinity cable. If you log into Amazon, and or other streaming services, please log out at check out.
WASHER & DRYER:
Stackable washer and dryer is located in the hallway, with detergent provided to the left of it or under the kitchen sink.
EMERGENCIES:
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.
THERMOSTATS:
This home has 1 thermostat controlling the baseboard heaters—located across from the bathroom in hallway. Do not place clothing on heaters, as this is a fire hazard. When checking out, set thermostat to 60 degrees.
COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom.
TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When the kitchen trash is full, please take the bagged trash to the at the top of the parking lot during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES :
Extra batteries are in the kitchen cabinet above the microwave. For hard-to-reach ceiling lights, please contact us, and let us know if you’d like it done during your stay or after check-out. Be sure to include the property name in your email.

Located in the hallway next to master bedroom should a breaker trip.

FIREPLACE:
On/off is a remote located to the left of the living room TV. Do not adjust gas this will turn the pilot off. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off is to the left of the fireplace. The key is above the microwave.
SLEEPER SOFA LINENS:
Linen set can be found in the master closet basket along with extra pillows on the shelf above.
CABLE TV & STREAMING:
Living room has Samsung TV and master bedroom has Xfinity Cable TV. Please logout of your accounts/ streaming networks when checking out.
WASHER & DRYER:
Are located in the closet in the hall near the entryway. You are provided with a small box of detergent (found under kitchen sink or above the dryer). For more detergent you will need to buy your own.
THERMOSTATS:
There are 3 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in the master bedroom, one for the kitchen and one for the living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
